If you are continuing to have miscarriages, it would be recommended to get a more in depth work up performed by your ob/gyn to evaluate for a possible cause of the miscarriages.

Ttc: You will probably begin normal menstrual cycles within 4-8 weeks after the loss. Try to conceive after that should be fine. However, a pregnancy loss at 24 weeks is not usual. Every effort should be made to try to determine why this happened before you conceive again.
