See a doctor: Abdominal pain can have a myriad of causes, including viral infections, inflammatory disease, constipation, and cancer. On and off abdominal pain is unlikely to be the flu. Please see a doctor for examination and appropriate tests.

Less likely: Flu virus tends to cause respiratory issues, cough, runny nose. Other viruses tend to cause stomach pain and vomiting. If the vomiting is persistent and she is looking dehydrated seeing your doctor will provide more answers. Good luck
