Cyst: Some doctors prefer to monitor cysts on blood vessels over time but if the cyst is large enough you could be recommended to have vascular surgery consult to decide if they will intervene.

Aorta: It could be aneurysm and severity depends on the size. Might need further studies and eval by a doc.
