Doubtful: It is correct that your fertiltiy should return soon after the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is removed, but not in the first week. It is unlkely that you would have conceived in the first week after removal of the Mirena (levonorgestrel) , and even less likely that you would have conceived if you are bleeding heavily.
