Lung cancer cough is it usually worse at night?

Not necessarily: If you have a cough that's new or won't go away you definitely should see your primary doc for an evaluation. (if you're coughing up blood, of course you'd want to be seen asap). With your age, if you have a significant smoking hx (>pack/day for 30yrs or more), you may be a candidate for screening chest ct.

Not necessarily: Cough due to lung cancer is not any different than any other type of cough. Day or night time do not affect this symptom.
