A member asked:

I heard that cucumber and pumpkin seeds are good for chronic prostatitis. how much of it is true?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: There is no question that some vegetable materials contain antioxidants and that there are doctors who will recommend these without any evidence of efficacy by appropriate clinical studies. They will probably not hurt you, but if you can prove they cure prostatitis and can market the substance that does it you may become very wealthy.
