I have pain at the top of my scapula on the left side often pain will run down the back side of my left arm. i ofyen feel a pulling pain in my arm.

Radiculopathy : There are nerves that go through our cervical (neck) spine & send nerves to the arms & the scapular region. Compression by a herniated disc or pinching of the nerve by another process can commonly present as described. A pulled/sprain/muscle spasms should also be rule out. A dr. May be able to diagnose this by asking a few more question, performing an exam & by imaging your c-spine.
