No: One tablet of that (an antibiotic) won't do you any harm.

Not a treatment: Ofloxacin ornidazole is usually treatment for infection, not heel sprain. Unless your heel sprain is related to infection (unlikely) this actually doesn't treat it for anything. Pain killers are not recommended either, antiinflammatory medication, icing, rest, elevation, bracing and cool compression wraps usually help sprains. Good luck.
