Acupuncture: You already received great information from two physicians. It is important that your physician weigh in on this. Acupuncture is a great option to improve range of motion while reducing pain & inflammation. It breaks down obstructions in flow of blood, lymph, nerves & chi.

A 21-year-old member asked:

This is the first time i've hadlow back pain. Will I have to have x-rays on my first visit to the doctor?

No: The recommendations for treatment of low back pain involve identifying a trigger and conservative treatment. Things like anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, heating pads or ice packs, and stretching are first line therapy. If your pain fails to improve then an xray would be considered. Of course, if you have numbness or loss of bladder/bowel control you will most definitely need imaging.

Several things: Depending on where you are in your cycle, pain in your abdomen could be many things. Worrisome issues are ovarian cysts or ectopic pregnancy. Depending on your symptoms (nausea, vomiting, bleeding, diarrhea, contipation), it could be minor or serious. I would consult your doctor immediately.

Bump on side of mouth but don't hurt and looks like a blister and I got big bumps on back of my tongue and throat but none of it hurts?

Mucocele possibly: The bump on the side of your mouth might be a mucocele. It is a clear bump filled with salvia. Caused when the duct to a minor salivary gland gets clogged and the saliva backs up. Most common on the lower lip but can occur elsewhere in the mouth. Ussually resolve on their own. Some times large ones require surgical removal. Bumps on the back of your tongue are probably normal vallate taste buds.

Infection: You have a respiratory/throat infection. Could be viral and could be bacterial best to see a doctor. Other options to help with symptoms include taing elderberry, gargling with salt water or half and half peroxide and mouthwash (do not drink- just gargle) and a warm cloth around neck to hep with lymph glands. Important to rule out strep throat as that will improve with antibiotics.

I have blood in my urine that is very visible so I went to ER and they said I had a UTI but my left kidney has me in very uncomfortable pain. Is this symptoms from a uti?

Yes, upper: The kidney is the upper end of the urinary tract, so an infection here or pyelonephritis is a form of uti, urinary tract infection. Kidney stones can also present this way. A pyelonephritis may require intravenous antibiotics to cure.
