UTI: Have your doctor send your urine for testing for infection, etc. Go quick if you develop a fever, back pain, etc.

Burning at urination: That could be cystitis, most common , presenting burning at urination. Check with urologist, and or your , some times need to increase weather intake, check urine test, looking for night proteins, bacteria, wbc, rbc, mucus, cast, oxalate......, .

Urethritis ?STD ?UTI: Burning with urination = inflammation of urethra if circumcised, or inside tight or redundant foreskin if uncircumcised. Either way you may have a UTI or std if sexually active. Worth getting checked out by your health care provider. A simple urine test + examination will hopefully provide the answer.
