During a recent cytoscopy, a 1mm tumor was found on bladder floor - it was resected and during removal, it was lost. if it was malignant, any worry?

Ask your urologist: Your doctor should guide you further. A repeat cystoscopy in 6 to 12 months is advised. But ask your urologist's opinion also. Such surface bladder tumors are usually not all that dangerous, so you have time to monitor it and you will know if it comes back...That may indicate it was malignant..

Bladder tumor: Urothelial carcinoma has a tendency to recur. You should have repeat cystoscopy in 3 months if no pathology report on the tumor is availble to say that it was benign.
