Food intolerance: You may be intolerant to some foods. Try an elimination diet, avoiding those foods for at least one week and see if the symptoms subside. If you reintroduce the foods and symptoms return you have your answer. Gi flora can be helped with probiotics. Some foods tend to produce gas (broccoli, beans, raw foods, certain carbs, etc). See a holistic doc if doesnt resolve to rule out more serious cause.
