Smoking cessation: Congratulations on having quit. It may take some time to get over the cravings. Try using the nicotine gum to get you through a rough period. Use carrot or celery sticks to simulate having a cigarette in your mouth/fingers. Your doctor might prescribe a course of Chantix to block the nicotine cravings if all else fails. Good luck with your endeavor.

Continue to use gum: It is a long standing problem, treatment ends being long.
