Keep a calendar: The day you start your period is day number one. Number your calendar from that day. Try to have intercourse on about days 12, 14 and 16. This will mean that their is always sperm in your reproductive tract when you ovulate because sperm can live for several days in that environment. The exact day of ovulation can vary from person to person.
