Exercise for Anxiety: Exercise is a great place to start. Your body will release natural endorphins that greatly help one feel relaxed. An out of shape body is a stressor. A fit body reduces stress by making one more resilient to day-to-day stressors. Meditation and/or yoga can also do wonders.

School counselor : If you are still in school, you may wish to see a school counselor. At any rate, try writing down what it is that stresses you out. You should also write down why you think it is that these issues stress you out. If you think your reaction is out of proportion to the stress in your life you should see a counselor or mental health professional. We don't medicate everybody we see:). Good luck to you.
