When i test my patellar reflexes, left leg is not quite as brisk as the right. not huge difference though. i am right dominant.. scared of brain tumor?

Forget it: They are seldom precisely equal. If you are still walking normally, the deep tendon reflexes are worthless as a guide to your intracranial health. Glad you're reading medicine, but brain tumors don't announce themselves like this -- personality change, seizures, nausea, headache are the warning.

Reflexes: Wow. That is a big leap of a diagnosis. Reflex changes usually come from either pinched nerves or just a variation of normal. If concerned, check with your pcp for exam.
