Consider stronger Rx: I hope you're getting good results for your acne, which i understand has been confined to your face. If your regimen of tretinoin and a systemic antibiotic (correct?) is not sufficient, the real question is whether you are a candidate for Isotretinoin from a dermatologist. Another rx that might help and that's not well known is spironolactone, if it's right for you. Best wishes.
