Sticking lips: Without knowing your full medical and dental history and not being able to clinically examine you, it's difficult at best to give you good advice. Having said that, i would suggest that you consult with both an oral surgeon and a dermatologist for some advice.

Your meds: Meclizine and xanax, (alprazolam) as well as anxiety, many blood pressure meds, smoking, and. Inadequate hydration can all cause dry mouth and dry lips. The medical term for this is xerostomia. It is often treated with bethanecol. One illness that can cause it is sjögren's syndrome. In that case, the treatment is xyzal. Talk to your doctor about these issues. Lip balms may help but will need to be applied freq.
