Hematuria?: The questions are whether blood is coming from urine or vagina, and whether the diarrhea is in any way related. This cannot be diagnosed without face to face interaction and full history and physical exam and some lab tests. Go and see your family doctor and get this worked out soon. Hopefully a minor issue, but want to make certain nothing more severe in progress. Good luck.
