A member asked:

High wbc in urine. negative pregnancy test. late period by 2 weeks. diarrhea and cramps in lower left abdomen?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not sure of your ?: Here's some general info. High WBC in urine may indicate a urinary tract infection or simply contamination from vaginal secretions. A urine culture can sort this out. The diarrhea and cramps in lower abdomen could be unrelated to your late period. However, there is a small chance, if you had intercourse since your LMP, of an ectopic pregnancy. If the pain is severe & persistent, see a doctor!
