What does it mean when a brown recluse spider bite is peeling!

Partial thick injury: It may mean that the envenomation was not severe enough to cause tissue necrosis. This occurs with a partial thickness injury rather than a full thickness injury. The Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) is to recent secondary infection.

Probably nothing: I would be very concerned if skin turned black and area was enlarging.

It depends: Peeling skin around a wound could be both good and bad. It is good if the wound is healing the peeling skin is from the aw that has healed below tat skin and the body is shedding it. It would be bad if the skin peeling was a result of worsening infection and the skin was peeling because additional skin was dying. See your doctor who should be able to tell the deference.

Maybe not spider: Unless you saw the spider and felt the bite, it was something else. Brown recluse bites are very painful, then form a large ulcer which is very slow to heal. Vague peeling is not a feature.
