Adenosyl methionine: Same is available as a dietary supplement in the us since 1999. It has been a prescription drug in italy since 1979, in spain since 1985, and in germany since 1989 to treat arthritis. You do not say why you are taking Fludrocortisone or why you want to add another agent. There is not likely to be any major interaction between the two, but your pharmacist may have this on their computer.

It should be OK.: Monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar because the steroid can potentially increase both parameters. Take care!

Most likely: Arree w dr. Raff & dr. Bonuel. Drugs.Com interaction checker revealed no significant interactions: http://www.Drugs.Com/interactions-check.Php?Drug_list=1100-0, 2563-13454. There were also no interactions noted when Lorazepam was added to the mix. However, there is never a guarantee.
