Many answers: There are many potential answers to your question. However dry skin is often associated with itching with any rash. Avoid using scented or anti-bacterial soap and apply a good moisturizer all over within 3 minutes after bathing. Also try some otc Hydrocortisone cream on the rash for a few days if this doesn't help after a week, see a dermatologist.
