Get checked out: The child needs medical assessment. She may need to see a pediatric ENT or dermatologist or plastic surgeon experienced in such lesions. There are some medical therapies such as Propranolol that can help *if* that is what she has. If not, she can get other treatment. Holding her upside down won't help it but won't likely hurt either. It could temporarily look bigger after being upside down.
