Mouth ulcer: Pharmacies and some supermarkets have over the counter medications that can be used to make the ulcers feel better. Avoid hot, spicy and acidic foods. Rinsing with salt water (1 teaspoon salt in a glass of warm water) may help. Mostly nature will heal the sore within 7-14 days. If not, you need to see a dentist or physician for an evaluation for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
