Nothing : After hernia surgery you can have normal life like anybody , you can have kids , and there may be slightly higher incidence of recurrence ( but no scientific proof for it ) just don't worry

Hernia: Hernia recurrence does happen, and three pregnancies could add risk for hernia recurrence. A bulge that can be pushed back in, is often how hernia presents. Okay to talk to your regular doc about your concern.
