Intravaginal estroge: You're a bit young but women going through menopause (http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/menopause/ds00119) often complain of vaginal dryness due to loss of estrogen leading to atrophic vaginitis (http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/vaginal-atrophy/ds00770). Replacement w/some form of vaginal estrogen often relieves this dryness w/o risks associated w/oral estrogen.
