Vaginal irritation: After treatment for a vaginal yeast infection, the vaginal mucosa is likely still inflamed and irritated. You might interpret that as a "dry" sensation. I would wait a few more days before having intercourse. If your symptoms do not improve over 2-3 days, then go see your doctor to rule out: 1. an adverse reaction to the medication or 2. inadequate treatment--the yeast infection is still there.
