Agree: Women with no ovaries cannot have a period unless they are receiving hormones such as hormonal replacement therapy. Rarely when ovaries are removed small bits can be left behind (ovarian remnants). There can be non hormonal reasons for bleeding that could be a problem. It is good that you have a follow up appointment.
