Depends: If you're pain is so severe that it's interfering with your ability to complete your activities of daily living, then yes you should go to ed. Is it time for your period? Often ovarian cysts and bleeding may not have anything to do with one another. Why not call your gynecologist and make appt and go to the ed if pain or bleeding is really bad.
