Disclaimer

i've been forgetting stuff lately but not everything like i'll do something and forget almost right after should i be worried or am i just forgetful?

Get evaluated: Have you injured your head recently? Concussions are more common than most people think, and can result in difficulty with short-term recall. Have you used drugs or alcohol? These can be issues also. I really suggest working with a doctor about these questions so s/he can listen to your whole situation, examine you, and go from there. Don't worry, but do see your doctor.

Memory: Your memory is significantly effected by your lifestyle. If you eat properly, get enough sleep, exercise regularly and keep your stress levels in check your memory should be sharp. If your memory falters continually consult your doctor to rule out any medical causes. My best.
