Not pregnant: If you have had negative HCG labs you're not pregnant. It sounds like you had an irregular cycle, which is common. See your doctor to check for causes of your irregular cycle if it concerns you or you're bothered by it. Have your thyroid checked as well. Birth control pills can help to regulate your cycle if you would like it to be more predictable. Best of luck.

Hormone imbalance: All women at some point in their menstrual life, will have a hormone imbalance which results in an irregular period. It can take 2 to 4 months to get back to normal. If it continues to be abnormal, your gyn can help.
