How to control dust mite allergy?

Allergy measures: No carpeting. Special allergy pillow and mattress covers, sweep floors on a regular basis, dust using something on the rag( a cleaning solution) to pick up the dust and mites and not spread them into the air. Also have the heating and cooling cleaned and change or cleaned . And clean or replace the furnace filters on a regular basis.

Many ways: You can try to reduce exposure to the mite droppings by encasing your box spring, mattress, pillows with mite-proof encasings. Reducing the humidity in the house will reduce mite population as well (dehumidifier or a/c). Finally allergy shots would likely reduce your sensitivity to dust mite droppings as well.
