Please see your OB: The status of the pregnancy is unknown. Falling HCG is not a good sign. You do not talk about cramps - if none, that could be a good sign. Please see your ob/gyn and consider further HCG testing and/or transvaginal ultrasound examination to look for a viable embryo.
