I have lower back nerve damage from sports would electro acupuncture and therapy help my injury?

See a neurosurgeon: While accupuncture may help relieve pain it will be best to start first with a neurosurgeon to rule out surgical injury before physical therapy and accupuncture.

Acupuncture w e-stim: Ensure that your injury has been properly worked up (ie. Orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, neurosurgeon). Talk with your physician about using acupuncture as an adjunct to your treatment. Acupuncture with electric stimulation is often effective to improve range of motion, and to decrease inflammation & pain.
