I am past my first year of my 2nd mirena (levonorgestrel) implant and since i have had it i have had brown period blood from beginning to end of each cycle since!

Mirena (levonorgestrel): Mirena (levonorgestrel) is known to cause irregular vaginal bleedings. The only way to fix it is to pull Mirena (levonorgestrel) and use a different contraception method, probably non-hormonal.
