Start: Start by seeing your regular physician. Decreased libido can be caused by decreased testosterone levels, anxiety, depression, thyroid issues, medication side effects, diabetes, and such. See your family physician first who can do a work up and treat or refer you accordingly.

Sex: You should consult a urologist to rule any medical issues and if cleared consult a mental health professional who can help uncover the reasons for your difficulty. Exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, fears of intimacy all are factors that could contribute. Best wishes.
