Tough question: If you are asking if icy hot causes that sensation, then "yes". It is a counterirritant like ben gay and basically "overdrives" the nerves so you don't feel pain. If you are saying you have a sensation like when you put it on, then you may be experiencing nerve injury from your conditions called "neuropathy". This can be caused by many things and needs to be evaluated by a doc.
