Yes: You would be very foolish not to accept surgery. Anyone telling you otherwise is deceiving you. If it is truly cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, you will almost certainly get a cure. Leave it by itself, and the likely death will be gruesome. In the old days, it was all too common. Be wise and do what you must.

Treattment: Treatment for higher grade cin involves removal or destruction of the neoplastic cervical cells by cryocautery, electrocautery, laser cautery, loop electrical excision procedure (leep), or cervical conization. Treatment will most likely prevent cancer. Treat it now. Good luck.
