Possibly : I am not entirely sure what type of doctor is a thrombosis fellow is. Many doctor deal with thrombosis including hematologist. It could be a hematology fellow. There are also many medical specialties that deal with thrombosis. Sorry i could be more helpful.

Most, not all: That training program sometimes accepts doctors other than hematologists, but most are hematologists/oncologists.
