Yes : The first step is to find out why you don't ovulate and then try and solve it. Anovulation can be caused by pcos or other hormones imbalance such as prolactin, thyroid. Also excessive weight reduction / exercise and very rarely by diminish ovarian function . The majority of those conditions can be treated relatively easily by your obgyn or fertility specialist . Your young age is a huge benefit.
