YES: You may feel anemic because of the low thyroid. If youre sure of the diagnosis ask your dr for a complete blood count. If yourenot sure you want tests: tsh, t3, (liothyronine) t4. Dr will interpret. If low treat with thyroid hormone medication. If anemic there can be many reasons and this should be addressed. Good luck.
