Caffeinated stress: Yes, overwork, high stress, high caffeine use, and sleep deprivation can lead to anxiety and a feeling of falling apart. Not sure what you're describing by "dilusional, " but it's possible to become suspicious and jump to conclusions rapidly in such situations. Sleep deprivation can itself induce hallucinations and delusions. Please see your physician if you're in this kind of shape!

Anxiety: Coffee in abundance will only make you more anxious so try to limit your intake to 2to3 cups a day. Being overworked releases stress hormones which can be depleting. Try using the anti anxiety app and begin a regular exercise program to reduce tension. Talk with a friend or colleague about your work situation and see if you can develop a better coping strategy.
