Depends: First, you may have depression, which can cause similar symptoms. Failing liver can prolonged effect of many medications. Assuming you do not have above problems in 1-2 weeks you should be fine. Discuss with prescribing physician.

Meds go away: It could take a couple of days for the effects of these medications to leave your system. With that being said it is unlikely that these two medications would be causing you sedation and breathing problems 16 days later. I would recommend that you follow-up with your prescribing physician on this issue. It is likely that something else is going on.
