hi there how long does it take to retrieve sense of smell or taste after a cold ? nose feel clearer still lose smell n taste

Smell & taste : It may take between 2 to 4 weeks to fully recover. It depends on how severe the initial infection was. There are rare cases where a viral illness can permanently eradicate the sense of smell and taste. If you have a persistent problem, you should see an ENT doctor for evaluation.
