Question?: What are you asking for help with? You ought not to smoke, but you know that. What is the blood test for? Are you worried it will show that you smoked once? That is unlikely unless you are tested within hours of smoking (assuming you mean tobacco). You provide no real information as to how you want help, so i can't say more.
