Maybe, but: First, find out if symptoms are due to lumbar stenosis, or a peripheral neuropathy. Then classify the peripheral nerve problem into categories, by measuring function with an emg. Groups of blood or urine tests done based on these findings will often reveal full answers which could lead to successful treatments.
