Can wearing slim/skinny jeans cause blood clots? i do wear these type of jeans and my right leg is feeling kind of numb and tingly?

Unlikely: With just leg numbness. Blood clots in the veins would more likely cause swelling and pain. I suspect you have some pressure on a nerve. Meralgia paresthetica is pressure on the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve that can occur with tight pants. See graphic to see if this fits. Looser pants may be cheaper than a doctor visit if that works.
