Can you suggest how to lower my blood sugar after eating a bunch of candy?

If you don't: Have diabetes, your body will do it for you. If you have diabetes, it will gradually return to it's prior levels. The only way to solve this problem is not to start eating the candy in the first place. Otherwise, there is nothing you need to do.
