A member asked:

My blood glucose test is consistently over 7 is this ok?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you mean: Your hba1c test, the answer is no. Your sugar is chronically above normal and your risk of dying of a diabetes related problem has increased by 20-40%. Work with your doctor to improve your glucose control. There is no "magic number" where you're suddenly healthy. The lower the better.
